Please join us for the first Western Colorado Select Equine Sale April 9th and 10th 2021.

Sellers- 
You are responsible for transportation to the sale.
You are responsible for feeding and watering your own horse until after it sells.
If any horse is left without water one of our staff members will water for you at a $20.00 fee. 
Check in on THURSDAY APRIL 8TH with Ron Hall
Please make sure you bring all paperwork in regards to your horse. I.e. coggins, health certificate, SIGNED transfer papers, brand inspections, ect. All papers will follow the horse and must be surrendered upon check in.
You will be assigned a stall and your horse will be tagged.
ABSOLUTELY NO OVERNIGHT TIE OUTS!
There will be a licensed veterinarian on site who will be inspecting every horse.
Please keep your tack in your trailer unless riding.
Jump riders will be available. If you need one please request one. SELLERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING JUMP RIDERS! 
A list of jump riders is in the menu. Please read their profiles to determine who is best suited for your horse.

Buyers-
Buyers must have method of payment at the time of bidding - payment methods are cash, check, credit card (3% processing fee will apply on all credit card payments).  Verification of funds letter (POF) from bank required for all buyers. No exceptions!
You are responsible for transportation of your horse!
We will have a list of haulers available.  
Your horse must have transportation on sale day and must leave on sale day. 
Halls AuctionServices, the Auctioneers and clerks do not act for or represent the Buyer or Seller (Owner/Consignor), but merely provide a medium for bringing together the Buyer and Seller for the purpose of sales transactions.  Halls Auction Services and sales personnel assume no responsibility whatsoever to anyone for blemishes, defects, the physical condition or suitability or health of any horse and make no warranties or representations of any kind in the sale.  The Owner/Consignor hereby specifically waives all implied warranties of fitness and merchantability.  ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR REPRESENTATIONS LIES BETWEEN THE OWNER/CONSIGNOR AND THE BUYER.  Any and all written or verbal health, medical and legal representations are made solely by or on behalf of Owner/Consignor

A licensed Veterinarian will be on site for any buyers wanting any special inspections at buyers expense.
